Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri08:30 AM - 05:15 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution. Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of activity within and around the facility. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws. Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate security‑related incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Possess a valid armed guard card or license. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
