Service Sales Rep - Commercial Roofing

What's in it for you Competitive base salary + commission structure Company truck and gas card Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery Close sales while maintaining target gross margins Customer Relationship Management Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts Qualifications Required: 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record Required: History of meeting or exceeding sales targets Required: Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work Required: Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting Required: Ability to sell on value and protect margins Required: Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly Preferred: Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking We believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives.
