Key Responsibilities

As a RN Registered Nurse , you will provide exceptional, holistic patient care. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Medication Management: Transcribe physician orders to MARs, coordinate with the pharmacy, and safely administer medications.

• Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized, person-centered care plans.

• Communication & Support: Educate residents and families regarding care plans while adhering to all facility safety policies.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
