Medical Technologist - Generalist
Mlee Healthcare is seeking two qualified Night Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join our team at a well-established hospital located just 1 hour from Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Pay: $51,556 - $85,644
Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialized equipment to analyze samples and verify test results accurately.
- Maintain strict quality control by following established procedures and protocols.
- Perform complex testing on patient samples with precision and attention to detail.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited program (Military Degrees accepted).
- Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician through NCA, ASCP, AMT, or exam eligible.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
