The position requires strong clinical skills and experience in a high-volume setting. Candidates must have recent Emergency Department experience. The role involves caring for patients with various critical conditions. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive care. Patient ages will range from infants to geriatrics. You will be responsible for managing high-acuity patients and performing triage. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. You must be equipped to handle multiple patients simultaneously. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and resilience. Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records are required. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as weekend shifts are mandatory.
