Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of sales representatives to help them reach their professional milestones. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that grow our brand presence throughout Southwest Virginia. Collaborate with agency ownership to set performance benchmarks and refine our long-term business strategy. Ensure all policy transactions and client interactions meet internal quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Foster a positive, collaborative office culture where people feel supported and motivated to succeed. Requirements Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Three or more years of experience managing or leading a team within the insurance industry. Deep understanding of state-specific insurance regulations and regional market dynamics. History of developing successful sales strategies and coaching staff to meet goals. Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
