As a Product Manager in Chase's Agentic Experience organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developingthe strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement with Chase's agentic experiences. Utilizing your deep understanding of customer behavior, digital engagement, and channel strategy, you guide how customers discover and return to agentic features — translating data and research into actionable messaging, entry point, and notification strategies. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Channels, Communications, and Personalization to deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Channels, Comms, Marketing, Analytics) and drive decisions independently without escalationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platformsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
