Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities Greet shop walk-ins, answer client phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude. Collaborate closely with production and design teams to keep daily orders running smoothly. Guide customers through our visual product options to find the best solutions for their needs. Handle multitasking and changing shop priorities with positive energy and high emotional control.
