Join Our Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

Become an integral part of our dynamic Urology team in Richland, Washington, where you will provide innovative care alongside three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a balanced schedule in a sunny region.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in emergency department call duties
• Assist in the operating room as a first assistant
• Provide care in the outpatient clinic setting
• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist duties

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in Urology and operating room settings is preferred
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday schedule with 36 hours dedicated to patient care
• Opportunity for a $30,000 signing bonus for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates

Compensation and Benefits

Annual compensation ranges from $138,712 to $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses as applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
