Sales Representative
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of outside B2B sales, territory sales, or account management experience
Experience selling a service, operational solution, industrial product, facilities solution, equipment-related offering, or other technical business solution
Proven ability to grow existing accounts while generating net-new business
Background calling on commercial, facilities, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service-based customers
Experience conducting discovery meetings, presentations, contract discussions, and closing conversations independently
Strong CRM skills including pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and territory strategy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
HVAC or temporary climate control experience
Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, universities, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial organizations
Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, construction drawings, or project specification
Job Description
The OSR is responsible for driving profitable growth throughout an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. This person acts as a consultative sales partner, identifying operational challenges and delivering heating, cooling, and drying solutions that create value for customers. Success comes from territory management, account development, relationship building, and a strong hunter mentality
