Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. This position works 4/10's (7:00am - 5:30pm) and requires call one weekday per week and holiday rotation with a 30 minute response time. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school for professional nursing. BSN preferred. MSN or Certification of specialty preferred. Completion of an RNFA program that is equivalent to one academic year of formal, post-basic nursing study and meets the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) standards for RN first assistant education programs. Licensure: RN Indiana license. Certification in peri-operative nursing (CNOR), preferred only. Required, RNFA Certification within 2 years of completion of RNFA program or 2 years of notification of those currently practicing as an RNFA. Experience: RN for a minimum two years experience in Surgery.
