Key Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Circulator in a high-volume operating room environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic Trauma, General Surgery (including Robotics), Urology, GYN, Vascular, ENT, and OMF
• Collaborate with surgical team members including CSTs and Surgical Assistants to ensure safe, efficient room operations and patient care
• Participate in call coverage requirements, including one night per week of C2 call (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and rotating weekend call on a one-in-four-week cycle
• Respond to call within 30 minutes and be available for trauma back-up as needed based on in-house team availability
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy and ceil blue scrubs (home laundered)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Meditech or comparable electronic documentation systems
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes of notification
• Ability to work a 4x10-hour shift schedule with call obligations as outlined

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in high-volume trauma or Level I/Level II Trauma Center environments
• Familiarity with Neuro/Spine and Orthopedic Trauma surgical procedures
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical cases
