We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaners to perform professional cleaning services in residential homes and commercial facilities. House Cleaners work independently or as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services following company standards and checklists. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, take pride in their work, and are comfortable working in both homes and business environments.

Responsibilities
• Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential clients
• Perform routine and detail cleaning for commercial properties such as offices, retail spaces, and facilities
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms thoroughly
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean floors, baseboards, fixtures, and high-touch areas
• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
• Properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment
• Arrive on time to scheduled job locations
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Follow safety, quality, and confidentiality standards

Requirements
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to job locations
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and respectful
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Experience
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Training is provided

Pay and Schedule
• Pay starts at $12.50 and can be to $15 per hour based on experience and performance
• Part-time hours based on cleaning jobs
• Daytime, evening, or weekend shifts may be available depending on job type
