Senior ML Platform Engineer.

About the Role : We’re looking for an MLOps Engineer to build and operate the systems that power Sequen’s AI models in production. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, infrastructure, and product. You’ll focus on making models usable, reliable, and scalable in real-world environments working closely with research, engineering, and product to bring systems into production.

Responsibilities :

• Build and operate ML infrastructure
• Design and maintain systems for model deployment, inference pipelines, and monitoring
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments
• Deploy and scale AI Ranking Systems
• Take models from experimentation to production
• Build infrastructure for versioning, rollbacks, and continuous deployment
• Optimize latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs
• Observability and model performance
• Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability issues
• Develop evaluation pipelines and feedback loops
• Collaborate across teams
• Work with ML researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into production systems
• Improve systems over time
• Identify bottlenecks and improve infrastructure, tooling, and workflows

Qualifications :

• 4–8+ years of experience in MLOps, Machine Learning Engineering, or infrastructure/platform engineering
• Experience deploying and serving ultra-low-latency machine learning models (batch and real-time)
• Production experience with Python and PyTorch
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience building data pipelines, model pipelines, and CI/CD systems
• Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle and distributed systems

Preferred Skills :

• Production experience with Rust
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI systems
• Familiarity with feature stores, experiment tracking, and model evaluation frameworks
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments

Pay range and compensation package :

$200-$300K
