Position Type: Temporary/Temp-Hire

Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Assignment Length: Approximately 4-Months, possibly Longer.

Description: Our client is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Assistant to join their healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls, take detailed messages, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays and patients payments
• Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and faxing

Requirements:

• Previous front desk or administrative experience in a medical office preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• High School Diploma
