Medical Lab Technician

Medical Laboratory Technician II (MLT II) Laboratory
Join our collaborative laboratory team serving diverse patient populations across Farmington and Bonne Terre hospital labs. In this role, you will process and analyze specimens from inpatient, outpatient, clinic, long-term care, and external facilities while performing instrument maintenance, calibrations, and quality control procedures. Candidates may also assist with outpatient blood draws as part of the standard workflow at Bonne Terre.
Schedule:
- Rotating/floater shifts
- Days: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Evenings: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Every other weekend rotation
- Approximately 3 holidays per year
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience required
- MLS certification required through ASCP, AMT, or AAB
- Experience as an MT, MLS, or similar laboratory professional preferred
