What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging to support physician diagnoses
• Obtain patient histories, explain procedures, and address concerns to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot nuclear imaging equipment
• Prepare and administer radioactive materials within scope and per regulations
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure quality assurance procedures are met
• Accurately document all procedures, logs, and compliance records
• Assist with routine and preventive maintenance of imaging equipment
• Collaborate with radiology team and support other departmental operations as needed

What You Need

• Valid Michigan state Radiation Safety License
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT or NMTCB preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine imaging
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and quality assurance practices
• Excellent patient communication skills and attention to detail
