Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to address clients’ mental health concerns and promote overall well-being.

  • Facilitate open discussions with clients that help them articulate their emotions and experiences, driving personal insights.

  • Serve as a client advocate, guiding them in identifying goals for their treatment journey.

  • Assess clients' mental health conditions comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and licensing requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Current and valid licensure to practice independently in California as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • \n
  • No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be disciplined-free to ensure the highest level of care.

  • A competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, contingent upon the hours worked and experience.
