Conveniently located near Edwardsville, IL, this short-term assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful difference during the Extended School Year (ESY) session from June 8 through July 28. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois
• Recent experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of educationally relevant OT practices
• Comfortable with direct in-person services and/or remote therapy (teletherapy)
• Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers, families, and educational teams
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized OT interventions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in alignment with students' IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student success
• Track progress, maintain thorough records, and update appropriate documentation
• Provide consultative support and strategies for classroom participation
• Adapt therapy approaches to address both in-person and virtual settings as needed
