Location : Ladson, SC (Charleston Area) | On-site Join our team in the growing Charleston market, where you'll lead field operations, collaborate directly with your crews, and build lasting relationships with commercial customers.

Note : We're seeking an experienced commercial roofing service leader with 5+ years of relevant experience, proven field crew leadership, and the ability to build and grow a profitable service operation. Job Description

• Build, recruit, train, and lead high-performing commercial roofing service crews.
\n
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, dispatch, quality control, and safety.
\n
• Diagnose commercial roofing issues and develop accurate, profitable repair and maintenance proposals.
\n
• Manage departmental budgets, job costing, labor productivity, and gross margins.
\n
• Strengthen commercial customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring maintenance contracts.
\n
• Partner with sales and administrative teams to expand service revenue and operational efficiency.
\n
• Improve service processes, implement best practices, and scale the department for long-term growth.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of commercial roofing service experience, including field crew leadership.
\n
• Proven experience building, expanding, or significantly improving commercial roofing service teams.
\n
• Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up roofing, and commercial roof coating systems.
\n
• Experience diagnosing roofing problems, estimating repairs, and developing profitable proposals.
\n
• Understanding of job costing, labor productivity, gross margins, and service department profitability.
\n
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
\n
