Construction Superintendent (Commercial/Restaurant)
Location: Denver, CO | Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead commercial, restaurant construction projects across Colorado. This vital role drives daily field operations from mobilization through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Direct daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and manage material deliveries and inspections.
Schedule & Quality: Drive project milestones, hold trade partners accountable, and proactively resolve site challenges.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct safety meetings, and maintain project documentation.
Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, architects, and owners while mentoring field staff.
Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years as a commercial Superintendent (ground-up and renovations in Restuarent, Cafes or food/beverage)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; strong ability to read construction drawings.
Certifications: OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain) and a valid driver's license for statewide travel.
