Lead a thriving Occupational Medicine and Employee Health program serving healthcare employees and more than 500 regional employer partners. This high-impact leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team and advance workplace health programs across a major New Jersey hub.

Position Highlights

• Leadership Opportunity: Direct and shape a high-volume Occupational Health service line with regional impact.

Who Were Looking For

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience.

• MRO, DOT, and IME certification desirable (support available for completion).

• Prior leadership experience in Occupational Health or Employee Health preferred.

• Strong understanding of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers Compensation regulations.

• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license.
