The role uses customer data, marketing automation, AI/ML, and personalization to deliver targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute personalized lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns. Manage campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-product channels. Use customer data, analytics, AI/ML, propensity models, and generative AI to improve campaign performance. Analyze engagement and campaign performance using tools such as Tableau and Amplitude. Partner cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention. Support campaign planning, prototyping, project management, and reporting. Must-Have Skills 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience. Strong Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing & Personalized Campaigns experience. Hands-on experience with CRM channels — Email, SMS, Push, or In-Product. Experience using AI/ML, propensity models, recommendation engines, or GenAI in marketing. Strong data analytics & reporting skills; Tableau/Amplitude preferred. Experience with SaaS / digital products and customer lifecycle programs.
