Job Title: Technical Support Assistant

Overview:

About the Position: We are a rapidly expanding organization in need of a Technical Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team player with great attention to detail, a quick learner, and have strong computer skills (especially Excel). We are willing to train the right candidate. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the administrative duties as it relates to the Technical Support department for Infinity, including, but not limited to Data Entry, Setting up work orders, Taking small part orders, uploading accurate information into our CRM / financial system NetSuite, Base pay to start is between $18 - $20 an hour based on experience. This position qualifies for company health insurance benefits; two weeks first year paid vacation time, seven paid holidays, and participation in company 401K Retirement / Profit Sharing with company match up to 4% as soon as individuals meet the eligibility requirements for each plan benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry / Warranty Registrations / Customer Set Up
• Case set up / Tasks
• Case Follow up
• Taking small part orders via phone or email
• Setting up Work Orders to 3rd party vendors
• Printing / Fulfilling Sales Orders
• Other related duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• High School Diploma, College desired
• Customer Service Oriented
• High attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively
• Independent Thinker & Problem Solver
• Work well independently, as well as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• NetSuite experience a plus
