Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

Location

Richmond, VA

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with hours between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM; Saturday 1/2 day every 3-4 months.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with a focus on Mammography to join our Breast Diagnostic Center. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality screening and diagnostic examinations independently while providing excellent patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and diagnostic mammography exams.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Utilize contrast enhanced mammography equipment and technology.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation using various imaging and registration systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Mammography is required.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality patient care.
