You will provide nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and facility policies, ensuring high-quality behavioral and medical support for our patients in a secure environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver nursing care following facility policies and procedures.Monitor, document, and report patient behavior and physiological status.Administer medications and perform treatments/procedures aligned with nursing standards.Collaborate with nurse managers and physicians to manage patients experiencing behavioral crises or medical emergencies.Provide accurate and concise shift reports to oncoming staff.Compensation Package:Competitive salary package.Health insurance eligibility after 30 days.Paid Time Off available after 90 days.401(k) plan with company match available after 30 days.North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally with children and/or adolescents. Must be at least 21 years old.
