As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Muscle Precision Therapy, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assessing clients’ physical conditions and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Staying informed about the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy, which we offer in house.

We’re seeking a team player who is passionate about their craft and dedicated to client care. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid massage therapy license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred, but not required. We are open to anyone who wants to learn and grow!
• Did you just graduate? We love that! Teachable minds do very well in our clinic. There will always be more to learn in this field, and we appreciate those who are open to knowing more.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships. Retention is the way to building your clientele.
• A commitment to professionalism and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• A genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Earn in a busy environment where we provide you with plenty of clients to build a clientelle:

• Base Pay : $26-$38 hourly hands on
• Raises : based on client retention
• Commissions : $5 for every add on
• Tips : Great tips
• Average Pay : $46-$60 hourly with Commissions & Add On's
