Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the Role

You'll own and scale Photoroom's largest paid acquisition channel on Meta, driving seven-figure monthly spend while leading the strategic shift toward SMB customers. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and product, where you'll be the connective tissue between paid acquisition, our in-house creative team, and data functions. You'll combine rigorous performance analysis with creative direction to build a sustainable, high-velocity testing engine that compounds insights into sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own Meta budget allocation and campaign strategy, consistently hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets while shifting spend toward SMB and business audiences.
• Mine performance data to identify winning and losing creative patterns, then translate those signals into structured, data-backed creative briefs for the in-house team.
• Build and operate a high-velocity testing framework across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas to ship fast and learn continuously.
• Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering with measurement teams to ensure spend decisions reflect true incremental value.
• Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to make UA faster and more autonomous, leveraging AI where it accelerates decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience, with demonstrated success managing six-figure monthly budgets on Meta against LTV:CAC targets.
• Deep proficiency in attribution, incrementality modeling, and unit economics—able to tie channel decisions directly to business outcomes.
• Experience building tools and automating workflows using code or AI-native platforms.
• Track record of partnering closely with creative teams, generating data-backed hypotheses, and running structured feedback loops.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
