In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. You understand that exceptional housekeeping plays a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts. Ability to work weekends and holidays. What does a day as one of our housekeeper look like? Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping‑related requests in a friendly and professional manner. Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards. Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and ensure the quality and brand standards are met. Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost‑and‑found items to the Front Desk promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards. Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Qualifications‑ Must be available to work weekends and holiday. Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
