Machine Operator - $22/hour (Direct Hire)

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we value attitude, dependability, and a commitment to producing quality work above all else.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure quality production.
• Inspect finished parts to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Assist with other manufacturing and production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience with grinding equipment or grinding operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection procedures.

Hours

Monday through Friday – 40 hours a week

Pay is $22.00 an hour based on experience – possibly depending on experience
