Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor

• Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction
• Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
• Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
• Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role
• Previous experience using CDK
• Time management - managing one's own time and time of others.
• Typing - ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
