Title
Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Schedule
- Nights, 3x12-hour shifts
- Weekend requirement: approximately 2 shifts per pay period

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience preferred
- State or Compact RN license must be in hand at time of submittal
- Required certification: BLS
- Experience with Epic charting system is required
- Prior travel experience is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a medical/surgical unit.
- Monitor and manage patients with varying diagnoses, including but not limited to sepsis, respiratory failure/COPD, and post-operative care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient information accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Floating to other units may be required if competencies are met
- Requested time off must be listed at time of submittal
- Core onboarding items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
