Quick Facts Location: Stevens Point, WI Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: Ongoing / Full-time Shift: Days, flexible hours (including OR days and outreach) Hours/week: 36 hours (clinic and OR) Employment Type: Full-time Licensure/Certs: Medical license in WI required Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: likely placeholder; competitive pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide full-time outpatient clinic services in Urology, including patient consultations and follow-up care Perform scheduled surgical procedures in the OR (2-3 days per week) Participate in system call coverage based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month, including weekends) Conduct outreach clinics, approximately 1-2 days/month in Wisconsin Rapids Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging advancements in Urology What You Need Active Wisconsin medical license in good standing Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology At least 2 years of relevant Urology experience preferred Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities About the Assignment This position involves providing comprehensive Urological care at a well-equipped clinic and operating room setting in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
