We’re a privately owned physical therapy clinic that values quality care over volume. Unlike high-turnover, high-volume clinics, our focus is on personalized treatment and a supportive environment for both patients and staff. We’re currently looking for a part-time Experienced Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal PT Aide is:
- Experienced as an Aide in a clinical physical therapy setting
- At least, 4-6 months of prior AIDE/INTERN experience, admin/front desk experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- A team player who communicates well with both staff and patients
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- A self-starter who learns quickly and can adapt to a fast-paced setting
Job Responsibilities include:
- Aide assisting the Physical Therapist in carrying out treatment plans
- Aide preparing and maintaining treatment areas and equipment
- Aide guiding patients through prescribed physical therapy exercises
- Aide supporting patient flow and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Aide maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Aide clerical tasks and data entry
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or rehab technician is required, admin/front desk experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree and Interested in attending Physical Therapy school
- General knowledge of basic exercise and human anatomy a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under licensed supervision
***Hourly rate DOE & Part Time Flexible
