Intake Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Intake Attorney to join a fast-paced legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in Personal Injury , Mass Torts , or Plaintiff-side Litigation who enjoys evaluating cases, making strategic decisions, and working directly with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate Personal Injury , Mass Tort , and Rideshare Abuse cases. Make retain/decline decisions based on liability, damages, insurance coverage, and statutes of limitation . Review complex and sensitive legal matters with professionalism and empathy. Support and train intake staff on legal procedures and compliance. Ensure accurate handling of engagement documents and legal deadlines. Work closely with litigation and operations teams to maintain high-quality case intake. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school . 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury , Mass Torts , or related plaintiff-side practice. Strong knowledge of liability , damages , insurance coverage , and statutes of limitation . Excellent communication and client interaction skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
