Kapco Inc. is looking for Welder I on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI location.Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily operation of the robotic welding work cellsSafe operation of robot loads and unloads fixtures and ensures the overall quality of welded partsPerforms quality checks using proper measuring devices during operation and completes quality recordsEnsure all boxes have tare weight, proper tagging, and proper countsAll other duties as assignedSkills for this position are gained through on the job training. This includes changing of tips, opening the program needed, and running a bulls-eye when needed.
