Senior Project Manager

We're partnering with a growing and highly respected General Contractor that specializes in multifamily and mixed-use construction. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager who has successfully managed large-scale mid-rise and/or high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction through project completion.This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and has a proven ability to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving forward.What You'll Be DoingLead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction and procurement through closeout.Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.Work closely with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the life of the project.Oversee schedules and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risks and delays.Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.Ensure projects maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.Provide regular updates to company leadership regarding project status, schedule, and financial performance.What We're Looking For8+ years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor.Strong background in ground-up multifamily construction.Experience leading mid-rise and/or high-rise residential projects.Proven success managing projects valued at $30M+.Proficiency with Procore is required.Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.Preferred BackgroundPodium, wrap, mixed-use, apartment, condominium, or luxury multifamily experience.Experience with concrete, steel, or high-rise structural systems.Familiarity with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, Sage, or similar construction software.Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.Why Consider This Opportunity?Long-term project pipeline with a financially stable builder.Opportunity to lead high-profile multifamily developments.Collaborative culture with strong executive support.Competitive compensation, bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits package.Clear path for career advancement.BenefitsMaxed Per Diem Travel ReimbursementsCompany Truck or Truck AllowancePhone AllowanceCompany Credit Card401k w/ MatchCompany Paid Health Insurance PTOMonthly Travel Home GuaranteedPaid Holidaysetc.
