Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care planning.
- Monitor patient status, document assessments and interventions, administer medications as ordered, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive obstetric/gynecologic care.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort while maintaining quality outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon (state-appropriate).
- OB/GYN nursing experience or obstetrics/gynecology exposure is preferred.
- Ability to work nights in a 12-hour shift pattern and commit to an 8-week assignment.
- Eligibility to participate in a travel nursing assignment and adapt to a hospital environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
