EH&S Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Site Operator to perform daily safety testing on Class 1 laser hardware systems within a secure, high-compliance environment. This role is critical to ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation of advanced hardware testing. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily laser safety tests using approved EH&S checklists Maintain accurate testing logs and compliance records Monitor hardware systems to ensure safe operation Identify and accelerate safety risks or equipment issues Enforce strict safety and no-phone policies Support adherence to SOPs and EH&S standards Qualifications Graduate 2+ year experience in safety, lab, or technical operations Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
