Job Details Job Location: Remote – US (Madison, SD 57042) Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $175,000.00 Base + Commission per year Overview SBS Cybersecurity is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to lead new logo sales. The role focuses on expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and closing new accounts across a broad portfolio of cybersecurity services. Why SBS? What You’ll Do Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories and verticals to generate new business. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed net new logo sales targets for SBS Cybersecurity’s suite of services. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities, networking, and industry events. Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions to prospective customers. Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the sales cycle. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding and service delivery teams. Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS Cybersecurity’s evolving service offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Qualifications Must be located in the Western or Mountain time zone. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or managed services. Demonstrated ability to win new business and drive revenue growth. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and industry challenges is a plus. Proficiency with CRM software (such as Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo. Additional Details This is a full‑time position that may require occasional travel. Work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand, and some after‑work hours may be required on rare occasions. Working Conditions Primarily remote‐based with some travel required. The role involves working with management, various business units, and clients to protect data and information from cyber‑attacks. Physical Demands Employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Frequently must sit, use keyboard and mouse (or alternative input device), use telephone, and drive. Employee may lift 0‑10 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Travel Position requires up to 25% travel. Valid driver’s license and qualification for SBS insurance coverage are required. Relocation Requirements For this remote, work‑from‑home position, you must currently reside, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following states before the first day of employment: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
