Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance. Ability to be part of a team focused environment and support meeting agency goals. Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.

Qualifications: Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each. Five years work experience. Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to produce results. Ability to multi-task. Experience managing client relationships. Able to effectively relate to a customer. Bilingual - Spanish preferred. Md State insurance licensing required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year.
