Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview: This full-time Physical Therapist position involves providing skilled outpatient services with a focus on orthopedic cases such as spine, pain management, and post-operative recovery. The role primarily supports orthopedic, physiatry, and pain management physicians, emphasizing manual therapy techniques where applicable. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals. Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals. Delegates tasks to assistants, technicians, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels for interventions. Completes documentation adhering to departmental policies. Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations related to physical therapy services. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with a valid license. Experience is not mandatory; however, a background in manual therapy is a plus. Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and ability to collaborate effectively.
