Rise Up Homecare is a rapidly-growing home health agency seeking a professional, compassionate Registered Nurse who is ready to flourish in a team-friendly environment. This will be a remote position operating mostly in Sarasota County. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and is eager to blaze their trail as we continue to grow as a company. This position will entail RN assessments at client's homes, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and any additional education to our CNAs and Home Health Aides will be encouraged. Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of the client in order to develop plan of care
• Maintain home health equipment, supplies and inventory.
• Address patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
• Assist client's in managing and reconciling their medications.
• Maintain staff attendance records.

Requirements:

• A level II background screening is required for this position
• Currently living in the area
• Current Florida Driver's License with current auto insurance
• CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia
• TB test results
• CPR Certification
