Requirements Masters/Doctorate degree Active, current, unencumbered, unrestricted OT or OTA license in Arizona Minimum of 2 years professional experience in occupational therapy Provide Current Resume/CV Unofficial Transcripts SLP Certification (ASHA) SLP License Please Note This application is not part of a general recruitment effort.
