Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for. . Follow our Service Steps as outlined. . Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards. . Keep a 'never walk past a napkin on the floor' mentality. . Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests. . Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters. . Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency. . Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care. . Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together. . Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu. . Skills and Qualifications. Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred. . Ability to multi-task while staying organized. . Ability to stand on your feet through a shift. . High School Degree or GED required. .
