The organization values evidence-based practice, professional growth, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.\nRole Description This position for an on-site Speech Language Pathologist role is based in Palm City, FL and focuses on providing direct therapy services to pediatric clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating speech, language, and communication skills; developing individualized treatment plans; and delivering evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders, communication challenges, and feeding/swallowing concerns. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in team meetings, educating families on home carryover strategies, and contributing to a supportive, child-centered clinical environment.\nQualifications\n\n Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech, with experience providing direct pediatric intervention.\n Knowledge and experience in treating Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language challenges.\n Knowledge and experience in treating Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language delays.\n Competence in assessing and managing Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing concerns in children.\n Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.\n Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida and current ASHA CCC-SLP or CF status.\n Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.\n Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and maintaining ethical and inclusive care for diverse populations.\n
