Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. This is a bilingual Spanish and English role. The role is located at Store #1172, 50495 CORP DR STE 101, SHELBY TOWNSHIP MI 48315. All candidates will be subject to a criminal history review to protect the safety of the company, its customers, staff, and the general public. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures Maintain precise work order files and formulas Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Clean store equipment Assist in making deliveries, as needed Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Equal Employment Opportunity Sherwin-Williams is a proud Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
