Western Region Quality Supervisor

Quality ProfessionalWe are seeking a driven Quality professional to support operations across the Western Region. This role is responsible for reducing Cost of Poor Quality, ensuring compliance with applicable certifications and customer specifications, and strengthening operational execution through standardized processes and procedures. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager and aligned within Operations, this position works closely with site leadership and production teams to embed quality into daily execution. The ideal candidate will actively partner with operations and customers to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role with direct impact to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability. This role places a strong emphasis on training and workforce development to ensure sustainable execution, long-term adoption of improvements, and consistent quality performance across the region.Key Responsibilities:Partner with operations to lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsDrive reduction of COPQ through daily operational engagementEnsure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry standardsInterface directly with customers on quality issues, expectations, and performanceSupport and lead internal, customer, and regulatory auditsIdentify audit findings and nonconformances, drive corrective actions, and verify effective implementation to closure within operationsLead the development and delivery of hands-on training programs to ensure effective execution of quality processes and long-term sustainability of improvements across operationsDrive consistency in training, competency, and execution across all Western Region facilities to support standardization and long-term operational successDrive standardization of quality processes and best practices across all Western Region facilities in alignment with operationsPartner with operations to improve processes and ensure sustainable execution of corrective actionsTrack, report, and communicate quality metrics to support operational decision-makingQualifications:Experience in quality and/or NDT within OCTG, downhole tools, or specialty oilfield servicesStrong understanding of NDT methods (EMI, UT, MT, PT, VT) and applicable industry standardsFamiliarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and API standards (API 5CT, API Q1/Q2)Ability to interpret and apply customer specifications in inspection and service environmentsKnowledge of quality systems, including root cause analysis and CAPAProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sitesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with operations, leadership, and customersWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on field engagementEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Quality, or related discipline) preferredMinimum of 5+ years of related experience in quality and/or NDT within OCTG, downhole tools, or specialty oilfield services
