Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Sunday, Thursday, Saturday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and safety
• Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a facility photo badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license valid in the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
