The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.The Technical Consultant is a key technical resource for our Customer Success Organization through the sales and implementation process. The Technical Consultant works closely with our Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Consultants and customers to provide technical assistance, and consulting to ensure smooth onboarding of customers on the LinkedIn Learning Solutions platform. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with great communication, organization, and technical skills.Relationships matter to us. Responsibilities:Lead successful onboarding of customers on LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring and Learning), supporting integration, authentication, and consulting efforts as needed.Consult with our largest and most complex customers.Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior executives at customer organizationsDevelop and deliver presentations that explain our products to clients and prospects.Delight the customers by providing prescriptive consulting on solutions and quickly resolve escalations when required.Identify, evaluate, and communicate customer trends to leadership in a prompt manner.Partner with Sales, and Customer Success Managers as the key technical resource to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Provide input to internal product teams on customer needs and industry trends for product enhancementsWork closely with the product and Engineering teams to stay current on product features and platform changes.Conduct technical discovery sessions to translate business objectives into documented functional, integration, security, data, and operational requirements.Project leads regarding any product issues, lead investigation of solutions, and communicate the solutions to the appropriate teams.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a technical / implementation / Solutions consultant, Solution Architect, or similar customer-facing role2+ years of experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, SSO, data systems). 2 + years of experience with scripting/querying or programming language and/or developer tools like but not limited to (SQL, JavaScript/JSON, Postman, Python)Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experienceExperience integrating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar enterprise platforms.Proven project management capabilities and stakeholder managementProven experience working with senior executives and complex customersKeen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer projects at once.Knowledge and prior use of case management and collaboration tools like SFDC, Dynamics, Jira or Confluence.Communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiencesSuggested Skills:Customer and Account Relationship ManagementProject Prioritization and Time ManagementPrescriptive ConsultingChange Management Technical and Business AcumenLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is [$97,000-$156,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
